Summary

Single-origin decaffeinated coffee from Rwanda, grown in the Nyamasheke, Kanjongo region at 1800 masl. Made from the Red Bourbon variety, which brings slight acidity and balances the other flavours. Decaffeinated using the CO2 method, which removes caffeine while preserving flavour and aroma. In the cup, expect notes of black tea, dark chocolate and lemon zest. Roasted for both filter and espresso, on the lighter side.
