This single origin coffee from China is produced by Mr. Ou, owner of Chiliarch Coffee Farm, located in Jiangcheng Hani and Yi Autonomous County in Southern Yunnan near the border with Vietnam and Laos. The 78-hectare farm provides employment for local ethnic communities. Offering tasting notes of strawberry, guava, and caramel wafer, with intense flavours of strawberry and tropical fruit balanced by caramel wafer and gently savoury notes in the aftertaste. Harvested in 2024.
