A single-lot Gori Gesha from the Gaylee block of Geisha Village in Ethiopia, grown at 1,916-1,982 metres above sea level. The farm cultivates Ethiopian Gesha in its native environment while preserving regional biodiversity. Ripe cherries are hand-selected, naturally processed and slowly dried for around 26 days on raised African beds, developing sweetness and depth while retaining vibrant florals. Flavour notes include floral, grapes and peach. Described as elegant, expressive and remarkably transparent.
