Summary

Kaldi Blend is a dark roasted coffee blend from Ethiopia and Uganda, combining Arabica and Robusta beans processed using both washed and natural methods. The flavour profile features cocoa, walnut, light fruitiness, and a subtle tea-like nuance in espresso, while as a cappuccino it develops creamy vanilla and light chocolate accents. In americano, the tea-like character becomes more pronounced with firm bitters and subtle chocolate tones. Additional notes of pepper, cocoa nibs, and grapefruit complement the profile. It has a medium body, moderate complexity, and a pronounced bitter character with a chocolate and nut base.
