India Bababudangiri is a washed specialty coffee from the Chinennahally Estate in the Chikmagalur region of Karnataka, India. The farm is located on the slopes of the Bababudangiri mountain range in the Western Ghats, considered the birthplace of coffee in India. The coffee is of the S795 variety, grown under native shade trees and processed using the washed method. The cup profile is full-bodied and smooth with very low acidity, featuring notes of cocoa, walnut and subtle tobacco leaf, with a long, dry finish.
