Produced as part of the Black Condor Project supporting over 100 independent farmers, this lot features Caturra and Castillo varieties processed using the washed method. The cup profile offers notes of chocolate and almonds with a sweet, creamy body, complemented by accents of red fruits that bring freshness and delicate fruity acidity. The coffee has a smooth, velvety texture with a long finish. It works well both as espresso and in pour-over methods.
