A lively and elegant decaffeinated coffee from Sidamo, Ethiopia, produced by small-scale farmers in the Taferi Kela area in collaboration with Bette Buna. Decaffeinated using the Sparkling Water Process (CO2) to preserve origin character. Flavour profile: black tea, orange, and toffee. Washed process with CO2 decaffeination.
