Fundamental is a house espresso blend from Johan & Nyström. It is described as a modern espresso with a crispy sweetness, notes of nectarine and a creamy, nougat-like mouthfeel. The coffee is specialty grade (scoring over 80 points on the SCA scale). The blend follows a philosophy of using coffees from Brazil, Ethiopia, and regions across Central/South America and East Africa, with the recipe rotating throughout the year to follow harvest seasons. Available as whole beans in 500g bags.
