Grown at 1100-1300 meters above sea level on small, family-run farms. Varieties include Red Catuai, Mundo Novo, and Bourbon. Processed using the natural method. Offers a flavour profile of chocolate, caramel, butterscotch, and sweet plums. Sourced through direct trade, with sustainability focused farming excluding hazardous substances and preserving water sources.
