Summary

Dark Knight is a House series espresso from Johan & Nyström, sourced seasonally from Incahuasi cooperative in Cusco, Peru and Comicovel cooperative in Opalaca, Honduras. Both cooperatives are certified organic and Fairtrade. The coffee is processed using washed and natural methods, featuring Caturra, Pacas, Typica, and Bourbon varieties grown at altitudes between 1,400 and 2,300 metres. The flavour profile offers chocolate, caramel, cherry, and figs, with a chocolatey, powerful, soft and sweet cup and a rich smooth finish.
