Indonesia Buana Mandiri Organic is a specialty coffee from northern Sumatra, in the Gayo Mandheling region of Bener Meriah. Produced by the Buana Mandiri Cooperative, it is grown at 1375m on volcanic soils and processed using the semi-washed method. The coffee is of the Arabica Timtim variety and is organically certified. The flavour profile features bitter orange, black cherry, and clove, creating a dry, juicy, and spicy espresso with a clear, intense character. It is suitable for espresso brewing as well as moka pot and French press.
