Rwanda Ruronzi Farm
Summary
A single-origin coffee from the young Ruronzi farm in Rwanda, established three years ago as a model farm with a school training the next generation of growers. The coffee is processed using an anaerobic natural method: best cherries are selected, sorted by flotation, fermented for 2-5 days, then sun-dried on raised beds for 30-45 days with regular stirring. Grown at 1900-2100 meters above sea level, this Red Bourbon varietal offers tasting notes of tangerine, rose water, and red apple.
