Summary
Finca La Camelia, Gesha is a single-origin coffee from Colombia, grown by Cesar Augusto Pedroza in the Las Mercedes village of Garzón, Huila at 1,700 metres above sea level. The farm cultivates 1,300 Gesha trees. This washed-process coffee offers tasting notes of white peach, bright citrus, lemon and lime zest, layered with heady florals. It is lightly roasted and recommended for filter brewing methods such as pour-over, AeroPress or cafetière. Presented as whole beans in a 100g tin.
