El Salvador San Francisco Esp.
Summary
A naturally processed specialty coffee from the San Francisco farm in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec region of El Salvador, produced by fifth-generation coffee farmer Andrés Salaverría. Grown at 1300-1500 masl, this Arabica Catuai variety offers a smooth, low-acidity cup with notes of milk chocolate, plum, caramel, and prunes. The natural processing adds sweetness and a creamy body with a long aftertaste. The farm focuses on quality through selective picking and is home to a forest reserve supporting local community programs.
