Arturo – Honduras
Summary
This coffee comes from the farm San Isidro III, owned by Francis Arturo Romero, located at 1200 meters above sea level in the Celaque area of Copán, Honduras. The farm is mostly planted with the Lempira variety, a cross between Timor Hybrid and Caturra, known for high yields. The coffee is processed using the natural method, with cherries dried on beds for 20-30 days. Tasting notes include blood orange, grape must, and pampelmuse. It is recommended for filter brewing.
