Summary

Malabar Blend Coffee is a single origin coffee from the Malabar Coast of India, roasted to a medium-dark level. The beans undergo traditional monsoon processing, where they are exposed to monsoon winds during drying, resulting in a naturally low-acid, full-flavoured cup with exceptional crema. Tasting notes include dark chocolate and cocoa, warm spice, toasted nuts, and a rich, persistent crema. It is suitable for espresso and Moka pot brewing.
