Blue Espresso Blend is a classic espresso blend from Hayb Coffee combining beans from Brazil (Cerrado, Minas Gerais, natural), Guatemala (Huehuetenango, washed) and Ethiopia (Yirgacheffe, washed). It delivers plenty of sweetness and smoothness with milk chocolate, marzipan and berry notes, plus a delicate tea note and a slightly lighter body. Each package sold supports the Rak'n'Roll Foundation with a 5 PLN donation. Recommended espresso recipe: 18g dose, 36g yield, 27 seconds.
