The coffee is made from Caturra and Colombia varieties, processed using a co-fermentation method involving anaerobic fermentation with yeast and cherry aromatic components. The flavour profile includes cherry cola, amaretto, and licorice notes. The beans are sourced through Forest Coffee's Innovation project, with processing carried out at El Vergel Estate.
