Summary

Bio Äthiopien Sidamo is a single-origin organic coffee from the Sidamo region in southern Ethiopia, grown at 1600–2200 meters above sea level. The Ethiopian heirloom varieties are hand-picked and processed using the washed method, then sun-dried. The medium roast highlights floral aromas of jasmine, bergamot and orange, with fine fruitiness and a clear, balanced character. Suitable for French press, filter and siphon brewing.
