Hannoversche Kaffeemanufaktur is a small-batch specialty roaster based in Hanover, Germany, roasting since 2017. They rely on traditional drum roasting—slow and gentle, letting each bean's flavors unfold to their aromatic peak. With over 30 coffees including single origins, blends, organics, decaf, and cold brew, everything's roasted fresh to order from their roastery near Burgdorf. Fairtrade certified and all 100% Arabica. They run barista and latte art workshops, host events at their Heeßel roastery, and offer a subscription for regular deliveries. Coffee rooted in craft, community, and a deep sense of place.
