Summary

Single origin coffee from El Salvador, grown by the Magaña family at Finca San José in the Apaneca region at 1450 meters. The farm, owned by the women of the family for four generations, cultivates the Bourbon variety (red, yellow and orange) under shade, with all cherries hand-picked at full ripeness. The coffee is washed and dried on raised beds. Creamy and soft-bodied with peach sweetness and sweet chocolate character, with notes of milk chocolate, peach and sweet almond.
