Summary

A washed coffee from the northern highlands of Ngozi Province, Burundi, grown at approximately 1,800 meters by the 2,000-member Bavyeyi Cooperative, with support from JNP and founder Jeanine Niyonzima-Aroian. Roasted to a medium-light profile to preserve vibrant sweetness and delicate floral character. The cup is fruit-forward and balanced, with notes of chocolate, citrus blossom, fig, and honey, a fig-like acidity, and a lingering chocolate finish.
