Nicaragua Las Hermanas
Summary
Las Hermanas, meaning "The Sisters," is a washed coffee produced by more than 220 women farmers within Nicaragua's Soppexcca cooperative, located in the Jinotega region along the Isabelia Mountain Range at 1,100–1,300 meters. Led by agronomist Fatima Ismael, the cooperative invests in women and youth programs. A medium roast preserves fresh fruit and delicate raspberry acidity, with chocolate depth and candied nut sweetness carrying through the finish for a balanced, approachable cup.
