Panama Boquete Lerida
Summary
Panama Boquete Lerida is a Geisha variety coffee from Lerida Estate, one of Panama's most historic coffee farms established in 1920. The estate won first place in the Best of Panama competition in 2001. The coffee is grown at high altitude in the Boquete region. Processing involves floating selection of the finest cherries followed by 18 days of slow drying on African beds. The flavor profile features brown sugar sweetness, floral notes reminiscent of jasmine tea, and fruity impressions of orange and marmalade.
