Colombia - Lisandro Cárdenas — Finca Las Brisas
Summary
A limited-reserve specialty coffee from Colombia's Huila region, produced by second-generation farmer Lisandro Cárdenas at Finca Las Brisas. Grown at 1,400–2,000 masl, this 100% Gesha variety is processed using a meticulous Natural method, hand-sorted and slow-dried in the whole cherry for over two weeks. The cup is plush and fruit-saturated, with notes of cooked cherry, soft florals, winey sweetness, and a smooth, sugary finish. Precision roasted to a light-medium level to highlight the bean's delicate complexity.
