Summary
A natural Ethiopian decaf from Suke Quto farm and washing station in Shakisso, Guji, produced by Tesfaye Bekele. Grown in volcanic soil at 1,800 to 2,000 meters from Ethiopia Landrace varieties, dried in whole cherry, and decaffeinated using the Swiss Water process. The cup leads with blackberry, backed by dry, structured black tea, chocolate through the middle and red grape on the finish — fruit-forward without going jammy. Harvest runs November to January; recommended resting time is 2-4 days.
