Summary

A single-origin coffee from the Tarrazu region in Costa Rica, grown at altitudes between 1,200 and 2,000 masl. The volcanic soil and microclimate produce beans with bright acidity, complex flavours, and a clean, aromatic, naturally sweet cup. The coffee is hand-picked during the November to March harvest season and traditionally processed.
