This single-origin coffee comes from Brazil's Cerrado Mineiro region, the first region in the country to achieve Denomination of Origin status in 2013. The coffee is produced by Andrea Ribeiro Silva at Fazenda Aragão as part of the Café Delas program, which supports women farmers. The dry climate during harvest allows for consistent drying of the coffee.
