Koke | Ethiopia | Honey
Summary
A honey-processed Ethiopian coffee from the Koke washing station in Yirgacheffe, sourced from around 1,200 smallholder farmers across the Birbes Kela, Koke, Konga, Wedessa and Tisho kebeles. The cup shows the florals and berries typical of Yirgacheffe, intensified by a two-day cherry fermentation before the honey process. The Koke washing station, built in 2011, has invested in improvements and works closely with its contributing farmers.
