Summary

This natural processed coffee comes from the Okoluu Farmers' Group, a collective of 33 smallholder producers in the Guji region of Ethiopia. Grown at 2,000–2,150 metres above sea level, the coffee is selectively harvested and dried on raised beds for two to three weeks. It offers flavours of strawberry, cream and rose, with ripe berry sweetness, floral aromatics and a creamy finish.
