A washed coffee from producer Feliciano Huayllas in the Cusco region of Peru. The coffee is of the SL9 (Geisha Inca) variety and was processed using a washed method with a dry honey fermentation for 32 hours, then dried on raised beds for 10 days. Feliciano Huayllas was a founding member of the Pacaybamba beneficio and Incahuasi Cooperative, and this coffee placed 11th in the Cup of Excellence 2021. Flavour notes include peach iced tea, lemon, and bergamot.
