Single origin coffee from Huai Thon in Nan province, Thailand, grown at 1400-1600 masl in a cool, high-altitude environment. Produced using a Washed Slow Dry process, where depulped cherries are dried slowly with mucilage intact. Tasting notes of apricot, honey and coffee blossom, with juicy fruit sweetness, refreshing acidity and complexity in the cup. Recommended for filter brewing.
