Greater Goods Roasting is a specialty coffee roaster born in the Texas Hill Country, based in Dripping Springs just outside Austin since 2015. Founders Khanh Trang and Trey Cobb build long-term relationships with producers who share their values of sustainability, transparency, and equity. Their custom roast profiles are designed to elevate each coffee's natural character—think sparkling acidity or brown-sugar sweetness. Every bag purchased funds non-profit partners, so drinking well does some good too. They offer subscriptions, coffee classes, and a lineup spanning single origins, blends, and barrel-aged offerings.
