Single origin coffee from the Tzeltal indigenous community in Tenejapa, Chiapas, Mexico. Smallholder farms grow coffee under native forest canopy without synthetic inputs, using traditional methods passed down through generations. Coffee is hand-picked, depulped on the farm, fermented for 12-17 hours, washed, and sun-dried on patios for 12-14 days. Flavour notes include hazelnut, brown sugar, vanilla, and lemon. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
