A single origin coffee from the Mayni Indigenous Community in the Amazon rainforest foothills of eastern Peru, near Satipo. Grown at 1600-1800 masl, the coffee is harvested from Bourbon, Caturra, and Typica varieties beneath the forest canopy. Processed using a fully washed method. The cup profile features notes of stone fruit, honey, orange, chocolate, and almond. This collaboration with Cool Earth supports Indigenous communities protecting the Amazon rainforest.
