Dalia Casancho Indigenous Coffee is a single origin coffee from Peru, produced by Dalia Casancho of the Mayni Indigenous Community. Grown at 1650 masl in the foothills of the Amazon rainforest near Satipo, Eastern Peru. Varieties include Caturra, Geisha and Typica. Honey processed, resulting in notes of honey, stone fruit and white grape. Suitable for espresso, filter or omni roast.
