Little Drop

Based in Stockholm, Sweden, Drop Coffee are an independent specialty roastery and café chasing clarity since 2013. They roast light to medium on a Diedrich IR-25, aiming for a bright, clean cup where acidity and sweetness lead — true to origin. Every coffee scores 86+ SCA, they publish FOB prices paid, and many producer partnerships span over a decade. Their Stockholm café serves the local crowd, but beans ship out too.
