Fazenda Passeio, Brazil
Summary
Single origin from Fazenda Passeio, owned by the Vieira Ferreira family for four generations and run by Adolfo Vieira Ferreira, near Monte Belo in the south of Minas Gerais, Brazil, at 1200 m. Yellow Catuai and Mundo Novo varieties, natural process: hand-picked cherries are pulped the same day, dried on patios for a few days and finished in mechanical dryers. Tasting notes of chocolate mousse, toasted walnut and sultana; clean cup for a Brazilian natural. Good for filter and espresso.
