Daterra, Brazil
Summary
Daterra, Brazil is a pulped natural coffee from the Daterra farm in Brazil, produced by Luis N. Pascoal at 900-1200 m. The Paraiso variety yields a creamy, full-bodied espresso with medium acidity and a lingering chocolatey finish, showing notes of dried fruits, caramel, dark chocolate and pecan. It pairs well with milk while remaining a clean, balanced espresso on its own. Cherries are mechanically picked and sorted, depulped gently, dried on patios and in mechanical dryers, then sorted at Daterra's own dry mill.
