Costa Rica El Mango Honey is a micro-lot from Café Rivense del Chirripó, a family-owned micromill founded by Régulo Ureña and Isabel Rojas in 2005, located in the Chirripó micro-region of southern Costa Rica's Brunca region. The Catuai cultivar is honey processed and roasted medium-light. It shows a multi-layered acidity with citrus punch and red apple-like dryness, with notes of brown sugar, caramel, peach and clementine carrying into a well rounded, balanced finish.
