Summary

Santa Rosa 1900 is a coffee from the Macho farm owned by Efraín 'Macho' Naranjo and his son Kevin in Santa Rosa de León Cortés, Tarrazu region, Costa Rica, grown at 1900-2000 masl. The farm has 28 hectares planted with varieties including Caturra, Villa Sarchi, Geisha, Typica, Mokka, Bourbon, and SL 28. The coffee is processed using all four honey methods (white, yellow, red, black) with mechanical eco-peelers called Penagos, and dried on African beds for 15-18 days. The Naranjos have been cooperating with the roastery since 2013.
