A single-origin coffee from Finca Hartmann in the Santa Clara region of Panama, produced by the Hartmann family. This Bourbon Sidra variety was processed using the natural method - coffee cherries were dried on African beds for 4-8 days, then finished in a climate-controlled drying room. With a cupping score of 89.25, it offers flavour notes of yellow fruit, tropical fruit (pineapple), and an intense creamy, velvety body, similar to Geisha in profile. Best enjoyed as filter coffee.
