A limited edition microlot from the highest-altitude farm Don Cayito in Costa Rica, run by the Calderón family. The coffee is a legendary Geisha variety processed using the white honey method with drying on African beds. Flavour profile includes aromas of jasmine and flowers, with notes of sugarcane and tropical fruit. Grown at 2100 meters above sea level. Recommended preparation: 20 g coffee, 94°C water temperature, 330 g water, extraction around 4 minutes.
