Single-origin filter coffee from Costa Rica, produced by Efraín 'Macho' Naranja and his son Kevin at the Santa Rosa 1800 processing plant in the Tarrazu region. Bourbon variety processed using the red honey method. Flavour profile features sweet and dense notes of cocoa nibs and dried pineapple with a lightly funky finish, creamy body, and medium acidity.
