Summary
Single-origin coffee from Rwanda's Abadatezuka cooperative in Cyato, Western Province. Grown at 1,850–2,200 m altitude. Bourbon variety, honey processed. Flavour notes of cola, pear cider, and cocoa butter. The cooperative is composed of farms owned and run by local women, who receive a direct financial bonus. Coffee cherries are hand-picked, sorted, and dried on raised African beds. No synthetic fertilizers or chemicals are used. Recommended for espresso preparation.
