Summary
Single-origin coffee from the Gedeb woreda in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia's Gedeo Zone. Produced from varieties 74110 and 74112, washed processed with a 60-hour fermentation, then dried on raised beds for 7-10 days. Grown at 1,900-2,300 meters above sea level. Tasting notes include peach, blackcurrant, and bergamot. Recommended for filter preparation.
