Single origin coffee from the Gedeb district in the Gedeo zone of Ethiopia's renowned Yirgacheffe region. Grown at 1900-2300 meters above sea level, this washed-process coffee features varieties 74110 and 74112. The beans undergo a 60-hour fermentation followed by thorough washing and 7-10 days of drying on raised African beds. Flavour profile includes peach, black currant, and bergamot. Recommended for filter preparation.
