A decaffeinated espresso blend from Brazil and Colombia. Brazil component from Cerrado, Minas Gerais region features Yellow Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Obata varieties, processed using Natural and Honey methods at 2,800-3,600 feet. Colombia component from Popayán, Cauca region features Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Typica varieties, washed processed at 3,300-5,400 feet. Decaffeinated using mountain water process. Flavours of dark chocolate, dried cherry, and roasted nuts. Medium-dark roast designed for espresso brewing.
