The Colombian component is from smallholder farmers, washed processed, with Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Typica varieties grown at 3,300-5,400 feet. The Brazilian component from EXPOCACCER is processed natural and honey, with Yellow Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Obata varieties grown at 2,800-3,600 feet. Tasting notes of prune, cedar, and nutmeg. Medium-dark roast level. Available in 5-pack and 25-pack boxes.
