Decaf Equator Blend is a decaffeinated coffee blend with beans from Colombia (Popayán, Cauca) and Brazil (Cerrado, Minas Gerais). Colombian smallholder farmers grow Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Typica varieties at 3,300-5,400 feet with washed processing. EXPOCACCER in Brazil grows Yellow Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Obata varieties at 2,800-3,600 feet using natural and honey processing. Decaffeinated via mountain water process. Tasting notes: prune, cherry, cedar, nutmeg. Medium dark roast.
